"Poor Bowel Habits"
Kevin had some poor lifestyle habits which ledt to many poor bowel habits most of his life. Below is his story about overcoming his bad habits with colon cleansing.
"Prior to the cleanse, I had classic symptoms of a toxic system. Oily skin, bloated feeling after meals, very low energy levels, dependant on strong coffee to get through the work day (3-4 pots daily). Very poor bowel habits in general.
Recently after a huge turkey feast, constipation sunk in and I knew it was time to do something. 1st, I pulled the juicer out of the cabinet, and dusted it off, and started juicing apples, carrots, celery, cabbage, etc. After only 3 days of fasting, I found that I didn't need coffee in the mornings to get motivated, and continued the fast.
