Biography: Dr. Joyce Starr
Dr. Joyce Starr is an author, publisher, radio talk show host and public policy expert. She held key policy positions in the US Government, served as senior program director at the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., organized and chaired global policy summits with world leaders and developed strategic think tanks for international universities. Her groundbreaking works have been published by leading publishing houses.
She established a niche publishing house in 2006, Dr. Joyce STARR Publishing - specializing in condo owner and homeowner association rights, natural wellness and vitality solutions (age less and live younger) and natural pet care solutions. Her motto: Books that Empower, Heal and Inspire.
She launched RIGHTSRadio.com in January, 2008, a radio talk show dedicated to "Your Right to Know." Priority topics include condo and homeowner association rights, health seeker rights, pet care rights, and consumer rights.
