What is a Maintenance Plan?

A Maintenance Plan is an automatic replenishment and payment option for Puristat customers that offers the convenience of receiving your nutritional products on time each month without placing a new order. A customer’s debit or credit card will be charged every 30 days (varies depending on product ordered) until such time as they cancel their Maintenance Plan order. Orders may be cancelled over the phone or in writing via email, fax or US mail to Customer Care at the address listed below.

You will receive a duplicate of your original order and receive the same discounted prices. Your order will ship every 30, 90 or 180 days. If you order a 180 day supply of Digestive Enzymes, you will receive your Maintenance Plan 180 days later at the same discounted original price.
